Please click on the link provided to you in your confirmation e-mail to pay for your item. You will have through Friday, June 18, 2010 to pay for your item. Once your item is paid for, you will need to come to Clear Channel Radio, 3535 E. Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa before Friday, June 25th to pick up your voucher/certificate which you will redeem at the merchant for your item. Our office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. CERTIFICATES CAN NOT BE MAILED.
Auction Disclosure: Buyer Beware. Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. is not responsible for and cannot offer a refund or exchange for lost, missing or stolen certificates. Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
All products sold in this auction are sold as is in their current mechanical and/or aesthetic condition. No written or implied warranties are applicable other than warranties provided by the manufacturer.
By participating in the auction you agree not to hold Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees (the Company) responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

To Bid:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be a registered user with this site.
Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of IA. Unless you and Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of Iowa. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM:
The high bidder will need to present a photo ID to:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Items and certificates may be picked up beginning Wednesday, June 16, 2010.
All items must be picked up by Friday, June 25, 2010 at 5:00pm.
Winning bidder MUST pick up a certificate/voucher at Clear Channel Radio that may need to be redeemed at the merchant for actual product. |
